All Chemical Services are guaranteed within a 5 day period at the discretion of the stylist, Must have a blowdry and or style following chemical service in order to qualify for guarantee. All Chemical service work, extensions, or service(s) beyond 1hour time frame will require a valid credit card to hold  and secure the appointment. 

Cancellation Policy- We require a valid credit card to reserve an appointment, 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. Less than 24 hours cancellations notice will result in a 100% fee of service.
